The rooms at Auberge De La Vallee De La Gorre are simply perfect. They are cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom that has a refreshing shower and comes fully equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer. I loved how everything I needed was right there within reach. Plus, the air conditioning was a great addition, keeping me cool during those warm summer nights. The desk in the room was also very useful for me to work or plan my day. And let's not forget about the wardrobe - it was spacious enough to store all my clothes and belongings.
I would have to say that the only thing I liked less about the room was the fact that it didn't have a bathtub. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem during our motorcycle trip and it turned out to be a delightful stay. The entrance seemed a bit confusing, but a friendly local helped us find our way. The accommodation was cozy, with separate units and spacious rooms. Being surrounded by nature and waking up to the sounds of the peaceful countryside was a true delight. The food prepared by the owner was delicious and satisfying. We felt extremely welcomed and the service provided by Denise and Steve was exceptional. Storing our road bike securely was a great convenience. The location was perfect for exploring the Haute Vienne region, with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The restaurant was amazing, offering top-notch food and great value. We even had the opportunity to practice our rusty language skills with fellow British travelers. The experience was simply wonderful, and we can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
